Sevgi Apartment Project was built on an area of 2.750 m² in Istanbul’s Kagithane district. The project started at the end of 2020 and was successfully completed at the end of 2021. Yispark and Sur Construction have jointly undertaken the main contractor of the project.

In our project, there are central hot water, cascade heating system, camera and security systems, high sound and heat insulation between floors, drilling in the building, double-glazed balcony and elevator as a glass room.

Covered parking lot for all flats, delivery of the cleaned flats, ergonomic cabinets in the kitchen, condominium deed at home delivery, landscaping and landscaping.
